Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the AdNull.com service (hereinafter — the “Service”), which was created by Individual Entrepreneur Vоlоdуmуr Реtlоvу (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service. The Service is provided “AS IS” without any guarantees or obligations except those declared in these Terms and Conditions.

By downloading or using the Service, you automatically agree to the terms set forth below. It is strongly recommended to read and understand these terms carefully before using the Service.

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Service, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to access the source code of the Service, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works are not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Service remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Service is as useful and effective as possible. Therefore, it reserves the right to modify the Service or charge for services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider guarantees that any payments for the Service or its features will be clearly communicated to you.

The Service stores and processes personal data you provide to the Service Provider to ensure the operation of the Service. You are responsible for the security of your device and access to the Service. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which removes software restrictions set by the official operating system. Such actions may expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise its security systems, and may result in improper functioning of the Service or complete unavailability.

Please note that the Service uses third-party services, which have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the names of some third-party providers used by the Service:

  • Google Services
  • Cloudflare Services

Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain circumstances. Some features of the Service require an active internet connection — via Wi-Fi or a mobile operator. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Service does not operate fully due to lack of Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your mobile data.

If you use the Service outside a Wi-Fi zone, remember that your mobile operator's terms still apply. As a result, you may incur additional charges from the operator for using mobile data while accessing the Service, as well as other possible fees. By using the Service, you assume responsibility for such costs, including roaming charges, if you use the Service outside your region or country without disabling roaming. If you are not the account holder for the device on which you use the Service, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the person paying the bill.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for certain aspects of your use of the Service. For example, you are solely responsible for keeping your device charged. If your device runs out of power and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider is not liable.

Regarding the Service Provider’s liability for your use of the Service, it is important to note that, despite efforts to keep it current and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third-party sources for the information provided to you. The Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages you may incur as a result of fully relying on this functionality of the Service.

The Service Provider may update the Service at any time. Currently, the Service is available according to the requirements of supported operating systems (as well as any additional systems to which the Service Provider may extend access). These requirements may change, and to continue using the Service, you will need to download updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Service will always be updated in a way that keeps it current for you or compatible with the version of the operating system installed on your device. However, you agree to accept all Service updates when they are offered. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Service and suspend its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon discontinuation: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms terminate; (b) you must cease using the Service and, if necessary, remove it from your device.

Service Description

The Service provides Users with a digital DNS-hosting service with features for blocking advertising and unwanted content. The level of ad blocking and the set of available features depend on the chosen subscription plan.

The service is intangible (digital) and is provided exclusively online.

Terms and Conditions of Service Provision

Access to the Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Activation of the subscription plan occurs automatically after successful payment or selection of the free plan.

Paid access is valid for one calendar month from the moment of activation.

The service is considered delivered from the moment access to the Service is activated or renewed.

Since the service is digital and is activated immediately after payment, actual delivery (in the physical sense) is not applicable.

Payment Order

Payment for the “Light” and “Maximum” subscription plans is made in full in advance for one calendar month of access. Current prices for each subscription plan are provided in the section Pricing

If automatic payment cannot be processed during subscription renewal, access may be temporarily suspended until successful payment is made.

Payment Methods

The user can make a payment using one of the following methods:

  • Visa, Visa Checkout
  • MasterCard, Masterpass
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

All transactions are processed through certified payment providers using secure protocols. After successful payment, the user receives confirmation and automatic activation or renewal of the subscription.

Delivery and Access to the Service

Since the Service is a digital service, its “delivery” consists of providing the User with access to the features of the selected subscription plan through the personal dashboard. Access is granted within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Instructions for using the service are available in the relevant sections of the website or in the personal dashboard.

Changes

The Service Provider may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended to review this page regularly for changes. The Service Provider will notify of any updates by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from 2O25-II-2O
