Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the AdNull.com service (hereinafter — the “Service”), which was created by Individual Entrepreneur Vоlоdуmуr Реtlоvу (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service. The Service is provided “AS IS” without any guarantees or obligations except those declared in this Refund Policy.

This policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce,” and other applicable regulatory acts governing the provision of electronic services.

The Service provides a digital DNS-hosting service on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is made in advance for access to the service for one calendar month. The service is considered delivered from the moment access is activated or renewed.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, digital services that have already begun to be provided (including access to online services) are not subject to refund if the consumer was informed of this in advance and agreed to the terms before making the payment.

After activation or automatic renewal of the subscription, payments are non-refundable, as access to the service is considered fully provided for the paid period.

A refund is possible only in cases explicitly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine (for example, a technical error resulting in a double charge).

The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time through the personal dashboard.

Canceling the subscription stops automatic charging for future payments. Funds for the current paid period are not refundable.

After cancellation, access to the service remains available until the end of the already paid period.

A transaction cannot be reversed after it has been successfully processed if the service has already been activated or renewed.

The Service Provider informs the purchaser about the absence of a refund and transaction reversal procedure after the payment, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The user has the right to contact customer support for clarifications regarding the subscription, payments, and service operation. The user may also use the legal mechanisms provided for the protection of consumer rights.

Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Refund Policy. We recommend reviewing this Refund Policy regularly, as continued use of the Service is considered acceptance of all changes.
